To prepare the Turkey farsbrød with spinach recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the Turkey meat with bread crumbs, eggs, tomato paste, thyme, salt and pepper. Wide forcemeat out on a piece of baking paper approximately 30 x 30 cm. Add the spinach in a saucepan and thaw it up at low heat. Twisting it free from moisture, add garlic and season with salt and pepper. Wide the well-drained spinach on top of the Turkey meat and sprinkle with the cheese. Scroll using the baking paper forcemeat together the filling into a roulade. Remove wax paper and place in a greased ovenproof dish rouladen fars. When rouladen 180 degrees behind for about 1 hour. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the vegetables along with the thyme. Add the peeled tomatoes and simmer for approx. 10 min. season with salt and pepper. Server fars roulade into slices with ratatouille and bread.
