1 | Red bell pepper | |
2 | tsp | Fresh grated ginger |
2 | clove | Garlic |
2 | tbsp | Peanut butter |
2 | tbsp | Curry |
2 | dl | Coconut milk |
250 | g | Leek |
4 | tbsp | Water biscuits, chopped peanuts |
400 | g | Broccoli |
6 | tbsp | Olive oil |
600 | g | Turkey breast fillet |
Instructions for Turkey and vegetables in wok
To prepare the Turkey and vegetables in wok recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the Turkey meat into cubes approximately 2 cm. Put them in a bowl and mix them with grated ginger, pressed garlic, curry powder and half of the coconut milk.
Grate the chopped peanuts on a dry pan.
Clean the leek and cut it into strips lengthwise. Part broccolien into small bouquets. Peberfrugt flesh cut into small cubes.
Fry the meat in half the oil in a wok over strong heat. Take kødetdet out of the wok.
Roast the vegetables in the rest of the oil in the wok, stirring constantly.
Add the fried meat, peanut butter, Fund and the rest of the coconut milk and let Cook through while stirring.
Sprinkle with the toasted, chopped peanuts and serve immediately.
