Ingredients for Tuna Mornay

2 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
2 | can | Tuna (185 g) |
2.5 | dl | Frozen peas |
2.5 | dl | Frozen corn |
250 | g | Grated cheddar cheese |
4 | dl | Milk |
500 | g | Pasta screws |
Instructions for Tuna Mornay
To prepare the Tuna Mornay recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cook the pasta until it is al dente and pour the water off.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in medium heat in a saucepan. Sprinkle the flour into the melted butter and stir vigorously until it is even. Gently pour the milk while stirring so that it does not cling. When boiling add half of the cheese. Add corn, peas and pasta. Pour the water from the tuna and use a fork to dig it out of the can and into the cheese mixture. Pour the contents of the pan into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and the rasp.
Bake for 20 minutes until the sauce bubbles and the cheese is light brown.
tips:
Instead of rasp there may be. Used crushed French potatoes or roasted onions.
