110 | g | Sugar |
200 | g | Egg white (about 5 PCs.) |
200 | g | Dark chocolate |
3 | tbsp | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Truffle cake 02
To prepare the Truffle cake 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The chocolate is chopped fine. The butter is cut into small pieces. Chocolate and butter melted over water bath at low heat. The egg whites are whipped stiff, while in the whipping, the sugar is added a little at a time. A little bit of egg whites and all egg yolks are gently rotated in the chocolate. When the consistency is uniform, turn the rest of the egg whites in. The flour is sifted over the chocolate pan and finally turned in. Half of the dough is set aside in a bowl-NOT in the refrigerator. The rest comes in a small diameter 8-10 cm diameter butter lubricated with sugar and baked at 180 degrees for approx. 10 min. Remove from the oven and cool in the mold, then the other half of the dough is lubricated on top of the baked part. It is now ready for serving. Server with a little fresh fruit
