Ingredients for Trekornsbrød
1200 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
200 | g | Quark naturel el. cottage cheese |
200 | g | Trekorns mix (or mix a little sunflower kernels cracked wheat kernels and rye kernels) |
3 | dl | Water |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Butter |
6 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Trekornsbrød
To prepare the Trekornsbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
The tower tower mix and the water boil on low heat for 4 minutes with a lid on. Mix the butter in. The remaining ingredients are added and the dough is kneaded. Raises for 1 hour.
Put in molds. Raises for 1/2 hour
Bake at the bottom of the oven for 35 minutes at 200 degrees C.
