Instructions for Topfenpalatschinken
To prepare the Topfenpalatschinken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg whites.
Whip the margarine airy and mix egg yolks and sugar in. Then put quark and raisins in and turn gently into egg whites.
If the pancakes are not cooked in the oven, the pancakes are baked and served and filled.
If made in the oven, the pancakes must be made before filling. The cold pancakes are filled, rolled, halved and laid with the cutting surface upwards in a greased dish. 2 egg yolks are whipped with 1/8 l of whipped cream and poured over the pancakes, placed in the oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes.
