100 | g | Danish grated cheddar cheese |

25 | g | Yeast |

450 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Tomato buns with cheddar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Udrør the yeast in the water. Add the other ingredients and knead the dough until it is smooth through. Style dough to uplift in a warm place about 1 hour uncovered. Portion dough into 25 pieces and form them into buns. Let them after raising about 15 min. Brush buns with water, and bake them at 200 º. in approx. 18 min. These buns are good as an accompaniment to soups.
