Ingredients for Toast with mushrooms

3 | tbsp | Roughly chopped parsley |
4 | slices | Sandwich bread |
60 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Toast with mushrooms
To prepare the Toast with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:
Shake the loaves easily on both sides. They must remain soft inside.
Rinse the sponges in running cold water and cut off the root disc. Press them gently dry. Then cut them into slices.
Place the toasted bread slices in a pan or on a plate and spread the mushroom slices over them.
Stir the butter softly with finely chopped garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Distribute it over the mushroom slices.
Place the slices at the top of the oven for 3 - 5 minutes until the butter is melted.
Server immediately.
tips:
Tip: In the original recipe, you can sprinkle with fried cheese before the bread is put in the oven. I do not know which cheese should make them better, but you can of course try out.
