Instructions for Thunder broke
To prepare the Thunder broke recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the oats in a bowl with milk of grynene. Let it stand for 30 minutes. Stir the yeast into 5 tablespoons hand hot water. Mix Oatmeal, wheat flour, salt and oil in a bowl. Add the yeast and stir it together to make a soft dough that is kneaded on a melstrøet Board, until it is elastic. Let the raise to double size in a greased Bowl covered with oiled cling film. Beat the dough down and knead it through. Share it in two pieces that are shaped into two loaves. Put them in two well-oiled 500 g moulds. Cover with film and leave them out for the dough reaches the edge of the form. Butter with milk and sprinkle with oatmeal. Let loaves baking in a hot oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn down the heat to 160 degrees and let them bake another 30 minutes. Turn them out of the mold.
