Instructions for Theboller
To prepare the Theboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is dissolved in lukewarm (hand warm) milk, after which the other ingredients are added and a uniform dough is kneaded, which is covered and stays in a warm place to raise to double size.
Then the dough is rolled into two elongate pieces, each divided into 15 pieces, which are molded into buns and placed on a greased plate, which lies in a slender place to raise to double size.
The balls are brushed with milk or egg white and baked at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 12 minutes. The oven must be warm from the start.
