Beat the 3 eggs into a bowl and whip them until they become pale yellow with a little foam on top.
Put the milk in and whip again.
Bring salt and pepper to taste. Remember, you can always put extra pepper and salt on when the omelet is done.
Take your forehead and put on oil and turn on the stove and let the forehead stand for approx. 2 minutes so it is not too hot.
Pour the eggs on the forehead before the oil has become too hot. Rinse down the plate to stand at 5-6.
Mix the oil and the eggs together on the forehead and let it stand and fry until a clear yellow border surrounds the omelet. Now you have to take a wooden pallet and wipe the edges towards the center so that the floating egg on top can come down and fry.
This continues until there is still a little "eggshell" on top. This makes the omelette more healthy, and it does not work either.
Make sure it does not get dark at the bottom, so it tastes burnt and really ugly. It must be completely light brown.
