150gButter
25gSugar
300gWheat flour
50gSugar sugar or raw cane sugar
50gChopped nut nuts or nut flakes
50gCold butter
750gVelmodne plums apples pears e.a. real fruit

Instructions for The sweet pie

To prepare the The sweet pie recipe, please follow these instructions:

pie dough:
Whip egg and sugar thick, stir the flour and crumble the butter in the dough, knead smoothly and place cool for an hour. Roll out the dough. Clad a metal tin mold approx. 24 cm in diameter with the dough, dot the bottom and put the pie cold. Put a piece of baking paper in the bottom of the pie. Fill with dried beans or rice and cook the pie at 200 degrees approx. 15 min.

Take the bottom out and remove paper and fill. Cool and save beans or rice to another baking, they can be used many times.

Filling:
Sprinkle out or peel and peel the fruit and cut into suitable pieces. Heat the fruit through butter, approx. 1 min. Stir the sugar on and let it cool a little.
