To prepare the The good tuna mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Pour the oil from the tuna. Mash the tuna in a bowl of electric whip or fork. Add butter, cream fraiche, lemon juice and spices. Stir it all together and taste it. Fill the mousse into a mold (rinse the mold first with cold water, then it will not hang). Place in a refrigerator for at least 1/2 day.

When serving, place the shredded iceberg first on the plate, the mousse cut into slices upstairs. Decorate with half cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices and watercress.
