200 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the The good cinnamon snails recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the milk. Add the melted margarine, sugar, salt and eggs. Tube wheat flour in little by little, and knead the dough thoroughly. Let dough raise while you stir the filling together with a hand mixer.
Roll the dough out to a square of approximately 20 x 30 cm. and butter the filling in. Roll out dough together from the samlle end and cut the roll into uniform slices. Style each of the slices on the plate with the outer end of the dough bent under the cake. Press the slugs flat and let them raise uncovered for about 15 minutes.
Behind the snail in 12 minutes at 225 degrees c. alm. oven.
Cool them on a wire rack and garnish, if desired. with glaze.
