500 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for The gardener's bread
To prepare the The gardener's bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the pots and dry them thoroughly. Butter them inside with oil and let them bake in the oven at 200 degrees for ½ hour. Stir the yeast with 1 teaspoon. sugar and 1 dl. hand-hot water. Let it stand until it foams. Pour the flour, the salt and the rest of the sugar in a large bowl. Rub the butter in. Pour the yeast and the rest of the water in and knead the dough, which should drop the bowl. Knead the dough thoroughly on a floured table and the advantage in the two lubricated potter. Cover with oiled cling film and leave the loaves to raise to double size. Butter the top with milk and sprinkle with wheat bran or – cores. Bake loaves at 220 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn them out of the pots and let them cool on the baking stone.
