Put the pads in soft in water. Turn on the oven at 250 degrees. Stir the 2 kinds of meat together with rasp, egg and cream. Spice the dad with salt and pepper and shape it into an elongated egg.
Make a dug along and put soaked swamps and small apples in it. Cover the moisture with the dad and brown goose in the oven at 250 degrees for approx. 15 min turn down the heat, drip with milk along the way and let it finish 30-40 min. At 180 degrees.
Smooth the flour with flour and taste with salt and pepper.
Cut the goose into slices and server with boiled and browned potatoes and red cabbage.
