2Chopped onions
5dlCoconut milk
5dlChicken Fund
750gPeeled pumpkin

To prepare the Thai pumpkin soup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut græskarret in bite-sized pieces.

Heat the oil in a large pan, add Red curry paste and onions and saute for 4 minutes.

Got pumpkin, coconut milk and chicken in the pot and boil up Fund. Turn down the heat, put a lid on the pot and let simmer for 15-20 minutes to græskarret is tender. Be careful not to boil the soup for too long!
