The egg is whipped with cream or water. Fiskesovs, Sambal Oelek and Coriander leaves are added. The oil is heated on a small forehead and the egg mass is poured on. Step as a pancake with high heat on both sides.

Serve immediately with fresh salad or other vegetables like decorations.
