Instructions for Tenderloin with bacon
To prepare the Tenderloin with bacon recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the potatoes and the onions and cut them into slices. Place them in a greased serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with grated cheese and pour the cream in.
Put the Tenderloin (complete) on and lay the bacon in with the fat side up.
Set the dish in the oven and set the timer to start 90 minutes before dinner on the table, the oven must be shut off after 75 minutes (15 minutes before serving).
Rinse and chop the herbs just before serving. Slice the tenderloin out at the table and sprinkle the herbs over the potatoes.
