Instructions for Tenderloin in dish
To prepare the Tenderloin in dish recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the tenderloin into 8 pieces, after it is trimmed. Bank them easily with hand back and season them on both sides with salt and pepper.
Cut the Aubergine into thin slices and sprinkle them with salt on both sides. Let them soak for 15 minutes, then rinse the salt off and pat dry.
Cut the root of mushrooms, put them in a colander and rinse them well. Share them in addition to quarters.
Heat the butter and oil and Brown the fillets must well. Take them over on a platter and grate the mushrooms in the same fat by strong heat. Pull them off and grate eventually Eggplant slices.
Boil the pan with lemon juice and put the steaks into the sauce. Squeeze garlic right on and let simmer for 20 mins.
Serve with mashed potatoes and green salad with onions, olives and a light dressing.
For this fit a dry white wine or beer.
