100 | g | Melted butter |
125 | g | Quark natural or cottage cheese |
50 | g | Yeast |
6 | dl | Wheat flour (350 grams) |
Instructions for Tebirkes (the go ´ e old)
To prepare the Tebirkes (the go ´ e old) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the butter and milk. Stir in the yeast and add the other ingredients, knead well.
Roll the dough out approximately 20x65 cm. Fold the dough so there will be 3 layers and brush "the Middle" with eggs, before the last page will be folded over. Brush again with egg, and sprinkle some poppy seeds on.
