100gAlmonds
2Eggs
2Egg yolks
2Bittre almonds
2tbspIcing sugar
200gMarzipan
250gGood dark chocolate
3dlWhipped cream

To prepare the Tart with chocolate mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Paint the almonds and the 2 bitters in a grinder or blender. Crumble marcipan and add egg and orange peel. Stir it all for a smooth dough. Dress a round shape with baking paper. Pour the almond in and behind the bottom at 200 degrees on the middle groove for about 20 minutes. Let it cool. Bring the chocolate into smaller pieces and put them in a bowl. Let the chocolate melt in a water bath. Whip the cream stiff. Whip the flour and egg together and stir in the whipped cream. Stir until finally the melted chocolate. Remove the almond from the mold. Cover the mold with a plastic foil and put the bottom back into the mold. Wide chocolate mousse over the bottom and cover with plastic foil. Place it in the refrigerator for about 6 hours. Take the pie out ½ hour before serving.
