Ingredients for Tapenade

Freshly painted black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1cloveGarlic, pressed
1large dlUdkernede black olives
1 1/2tbspCapers
2tbspFresh basil
4tbspOlive oil (or more)
6Sardeller

Instructions for Tapenade

To prepare the Tapenade recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix olives, sardelles, capers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and pepper in a blender. You can also use mortar or vegetable shields, but it goes faster with a blender. A few seconds at high speed is enough to get the mixture even.

Add more oil if the texture is too thick. (Is the mixture for salt you can add 1/2 teaspoon of sugar).

Mix the fine-cut basil in and style the tapenade in the refrigerator, covered with plastic foil, until it is served. It can last for about 10 days.
