100 | g | Oil |
3 | dl | Whole milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
500 | g | Wheat flour |
8 | The Wiener sausage (Bavarian sausage) |
Instructions for Tanja's sausage rolls
To prepare the Tanja's sausage rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is mixed in small finger hot milk. Add sugar, salt and oil and finally the flour. Knead well, preferably in 5-7 minutes, therefore it is good with a kitchen machine. Raises a warm place with a cloth for about 45 minutes.
Beat the dough down and divide it into 2. Roll each lump out into circles and part into 8 triangles. Butter, if desired. ketchup or mustard.
Cut the sausages in half and roll one half in each. Put on a baking sheet and after raising approximately 20 minutes.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven.
