To prepare the Tamariped earthquakes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven up to 180 degrees hot air, mix all the ingredients together in a refractory dish and shred the earthquakes over the long run. Pour some of the sauce over and put the dish in the oven covered by either lid or foil.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until they are soft, after which the lid is removed and baked for 10-15 minutes until the sauce is evaporated.
