100 | g | Margarine |
16 | dl | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
50 | g | Yeast |
7.5 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Swedish flatbread
To prepare the Swedish flatbread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Smulder yeast into the bowl. Melt the margarine and add the milk. Allow the mixture to be finger warm. Pour the yeast and stir. Add sugar, salt, baking soda and flour. Knead the dough well and let the draw in 25 min. Portion dough into 24 pieces. Roll or roll out dough out into a large pancake the size of a large skillet. Rose/warm it on the frying pan on a low heat until it is light brown.
Highly suitable for reindeer to pieces!!
