Instructions for Svoger Viking Cave
To prepare the Svoger Viking Cave recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the beef in a little olive oil and season with salt, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme and basil. Then cook onions and garlic, cut into coarse pieces with the meat.
Season the cabbage, which is also cut into a little coarse pieces, hard in olive oil in a seperate saucepan where it is spiced with a little salt. Then sweeten the coarse ripe carrots together with the cabbage for a couple of minutes and pour it together with the meat.
Slowly bake the bacon nuts and pour them (with or without fat to your liking) along with the rest.
Add balsamico vinegar, slightly strong broth and approx. ½ beer. (Drink the rest with you making the food). We put a bunch of white wine in the dish too, because there was a rest in the fridge. Let the dish spin at low heat for a quarter and taste with some sugar, salt and pepper.
tips:
The dish is to be eaten with spoons, hot and hot, served in deep plates. Bring home-baked coarse wheat bread to. Can be eaten without a helmet but tastes good with a glass of mash :-)
