To prepare the Sveler (Blob Cakes) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whisk together sugar, bicarbonate of soda, melk, antler and eggs. Stir into the flour into a thin batter. Rose small BLOBs 10 cm. on a greased lefse-thank or forehead. FRY light brown on each side. (I prefer to mix soda, antler and flour)
Tips:
Served cold, greased with butter and sugar, or cheese, jams. Lefsetakken is a great thermal boot tale plate and can be bought in Norway. Good apetit!
