Ingredients for Sushi rice (whole family favorite)
0.5 | dl | Rice vinegar (like blue dragon) |
3 | dl | Sushiris (can be purchased at the kvickly) |
40 | g | Sugar |
5 | dl | Cold water |
8 | g | Salt |
Instructions for Sushi rice (whole family favorite)
To prepare the Sushi rice (whole family favorite) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the rice thoroughly until the water is clear / transparent
Put the rinsed rice in the rice cooker together with the water.
The cooked boiled rice poured into a dish.
Pour vinegar, salt and sugar into a pan and cook to sugar and salt is melted
Pour the vinegar mixture over the rice into a thin beam.
Cut into the rice with the wooden spatula - so it will mix well and the rice will cool down.
Put the chilled rice into a bowl
Moisten a wicked piece and wrap it around the rice
The rice is ready for use after a few hours (can easily last the day but then keep it in the fridge with the towel around)
tips:
I have tried to cook the rice in a pot and in a rice cooker, I prefer the rice cooker.
It gives approx. 30 sushi of the potion - it depends on how they are made.
