To prepare the Surbread, Kirstens recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is rinsed in warm 35 degrees water. Flour, buttermilk, salt, sugar and bowl are added. The whole is well stirred for at least 5 minutes. And be raised for 30 minutes.
The dough is thrown down and formed into a bread that comes in a well greased form. Postponed for another 30 minutes.
Scratch across, brush with buttermilk and sprinkle if necessary. With bowls.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 220 degrees for 40 minutes.
