Ingredients for Super buns
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | Eggs | |
3 | tbsp | Sugar |
3.5 | dl | Milk |
50 | g | Yeast |
600 | g | Wheat flour |
75 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Super buns
To prepare the Super buns recipe, please follow these instructions:
Yeast mix with sugar, then pour lukewarm milk over, egg margarine and salt are added, eventually flour. Eat the dough (on a smooth stone plate). Let them rise for 1 hour.
Shape the balls and allow them to raise the baking sheet (on baking paper) for 20 minutes.
The balls are baked in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes.
tips:
Served on a large dish with delicious dishes.
Eg. Liver casserole with cucumber, chopped radish, or roll sausage with dressing a fromage frais 0.3% with a little garlic and Mexican spice, or turkey sprouts with dressing and cut spring onion.
Additionally a nice cup of tea.
