To prepare the Summer soup with rhubarb recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the rhubarb and cut into smaller pieces. Pour water and wine into a pan, add rhubarb and sugar and let it boil 5-6 min so the rhubarb becomes soft. Then cool the rhubarb soup. Rinse the strawberries and remove 4 from used for decoration. Nip the strawberries, share them and chop them nicely in the hand or in a kitchen machine. Stir the strawberries in the rhubarb soup and garnish with a whole or a shared strawberry in the middle. Serve the soup cool, but not cold.
