Instructions for Summer pork chops
To prepare the Summer pork chops recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub koteletterne on both sides with olive oil. Chop rosmarinen finely and mix it with oregano in a small plate. Turn the koteletterne in the herbal mixture and let them stand at room temperature for 2 hours, then in the fridge for 4 hours.
Prepare a grill. Grill koteletterne ca. 8-10 cm from grillene in 5 min. on each side. Koteletterne sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
