To prepare the Sugar the rim of bread recipe, please follow these instructions:

The egg yolks and the sieved icing sugar is stirred white and frothy. Lemon, the Sift flour and the stiftpiskede whites are added at the end. Make the dough in a greased rim shape, sitting in a hot oven, where the heat immediately dimmed. Bake at low heat approximately ½ hour. Invert the mold and glaseres with vandglasur.

This RIM can be served for tea and coffee, or it can be used for dessert with different kind of ice opskivet in the middle.

Bake the cake in a regular cake form, take the double portion, and baking time is approximately ¾ hour.
