250 | g | Mushrooms |
3 | dl | Whipped cream |
600 | g | Pork Tenderloin, trimmed |
Instructions for Stuffed sirloin
To prepare the Stuffed sirloin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Detach the tenderloin for the tendons and barriers and cut a rip along.
Cut the mushrooms into slices. Shake them in a little butter on the forehead until the liquid is evaporated and the mushrooms are golden.
Chop the nuts and put them on the forehead together with the mushrooms. Shake it together quite briefly. Add chopped parsley and pour whipped cream and sherry or porridge on the forehead. Let the sauce boil a little and season with salt and pepper.
Place the tenderloin in an ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over to fill the crack.
Place the dish in the oven at 255 degrees C. alm. Oven 20-25 minutes.
