1tbspFresh parsley
1tbspRye flour
2tspFat
30gFinely chopped onion (1/2 small onion)
3-4Herring fillets

Instructions for Stuffed mustard

To prepare the Stuffed mustard recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the fillets with salt and let them pull in the refrigerator for approx. 30 min. Rinse the fillets and wipe them. Butter the inside of the mustard with the mustard. Put onion, chopped parsley, salt and pepper on the fillets. Close them with chopsticks. Turn the herring into rye flour and raise them approx. 5 min. on every side.
