To prepare the Strong tomato sauce for tacos and tortillas recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crack chilipebrerne, clean them and cut them just fine. Chop the onion and garlic finely and sauté in oil. Add the chili peppers, scalded tomatoes cut into district and the rest of the ingredients. Let the sauce boil, covered, for about 10 minutes. Remove the lid and let the sauce boil into approx. 10 minutes. Rub the sauce through a sieve (or blend)-remember to remove bay leaf first. The sauce is too thin, boil the further favour. The too thick, add a little water. But remember-it must never be water!
