1Chopped red chilli (according to taste) garlic a lot, depending on the fish's size, but will say say 5 large bold (squeezed)
1Whole salmon
1Organic Lemon cut into thin slices
1Large handful chopped fresh cilantro
2tbspSoft butter

To prepare the Stretch Fish / Samake Harra recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Wash the salmon and dip it dry. Salt it well inside and out. Cut any deepen through the salmon skin so that the lemon slices can be squeezed.
