1400gRipe strawberries, preferably freshly picked
2Lemons juice thereof
235gSugar per ½ l juice

Instructions for Strawberry Syrup-Strawberry Syrup

To prepare the Strawberry Syrup-Strawberry Syrup recipe, please follow these instructions:

Purer strawberries in a blender or food processor. Pureen pour in a sieve lined with a double layer of mouse line. Reassemble mouse linets corners and press gently so that squeezed as much juice as possible out.

Measure out the juice. Pour for each 6 dl juice 235 g. sugar in a suitable pot. Warm the mixture slowly, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add lemon juice and let the syrup cool down for five minutes.

Pour the syrup in clean bottles, so there is 1 ½ cm up to the edge. Keep bottles cool and dry.

Tips:
Shelf life 6 months.
