To prepare the Strawberry sorbet pie cake with yogurtis recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring water and sugar to boil in a thickened pot and allow to boil for 2-3 minutes. Until it has a thin syrupy consistency. Bring the strawberries and lemon juice into a blender and add the syrup to a thin beam. Blend it to a nice pure. Put the puree and fill it in a metal bowl. Put the dish in the freezer until the puree has a mushy consistency. Whip egg yolks and sugar light and airy. Whip the lemon peel together with the yogurt and mix the mixture in the freezer until it is semi-frozen. Whip the egg whites stiff and whip them in the greased strawberry puree. Crush the macros and hit half at the bottom of a spring shape (21cm). Lay a layer of sorbet upstairs, over it the half-frozen yogurt ice cream, the remaining macros and finish with the rest of the strawberry sorbet. Server icecream cake garnished with some fresh strawberries.
