To prepare the Strawberry parfait with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sugar and egg yolks are whipped white. The flow is whipped up. That is, not quite rigid. The strawberries are peeled and purified in blends together with flourishes. The strawberry parfait is taken out of the freezer and placed in a refrigerator, approx. ½ hour before serving. The parfaite is spread out in the middle of a plate, and around strawberries are turned into caramel.
