To prepare the Strawberry marmalade without lumps recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean the strawberries (if not used frozen, bought cleaned) Bring strawberries and sugar in a saucepan.
Boil the mixture for about 20 minutes. Then blend it a little with a rod blender. Then add a little lemon juice to give a little acid to the sweet berries (Can be diluted) and finally add the vanilla sugar.
Leave to cool for about 15 minutes and put on the glass of Atamon.
There will be about 2 smaller glasses.
