Instructions for Strawberry-isbomber
To prepare the Strawberry-isbomber recipe, please follow these instructions:
Purge the strawberries in a blender or food processor and pass them through a sieve. Take 3½ dl of strawberry puree to sauce and taste it with a flourish and possibly. Framboise. Whip the egg whites stew and whip the sugar in a little while. Whip the whip of thick foam. Fold about turning the whipped egg whites and the whipped cream with the remaining strawberry purée. Spread the cream into 10 serving shapes, cover them with plastic film and freeze them for approx. 3 hours. At the serving dip the molds into cold water. The ice is turned out and served on cooled plates, where it is decorated with a little of the sauce and berries and fruit as desired.
