2.5dlWheat flour
2.5dlDesiccated coconut
250Soft butter
250gFresh strawberries
4Eggs

Instructions for Strawberry-coconut muffins

To prepare the Strawberry-coconut muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir butter and sugar softly.
Whip the eggs in one at a time.
Stir coconut flour, wheat flour and baking soda in the dough.
Cut half the strawberries into small tern and put them in the dough.
Distribute the dough into muffin molds.
Cut the rest of the strawberries into slices and put them on top.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake the cakes for about 25 minutes at 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
