100gStrawberries, fresh
150gIcing sugar
250gWheat flour
250gButter
275gSugar
4Egg yolk

Instructions for Strawberry cake with lemon glaze

To prepare the Strawberry cake with lemon glaze recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir the butter white and add sugar. Stir well before adding egg yolks one at a time.

Stir lightly sprinkle strawberries together with vanilla sugar and cream.

Mix flour and baking soda and stir it with light hand.
Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them gently.

Fill the dough in a greased pan of bread, about 23x33 cm, and bag it on the second row at 180 degrees C. alm. Oven for about 40 minutes.

glaze:
Stir the flour with lemon juice and boiling water - consistency must not be too thin. Season the glaze on top of the cold strawberry cake and decorate with fresh strawberries.

Cut the cake into suitable pieces.
