Ingredients for Strawberry and rhubarb strudel

2-3 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
300 | g | New rhubarb |
4-5 | tbsp | Breadcrumbs |

Instructions for Strawberry and rhubarb strudel
To prepare the Strawberry and rhubarb strudel recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle some wheat flour on a table and put the dough on it.
Rinse rhubarb and strawberries and dry them. Nip the strawberries, clean the rhubarb, if necessary, cut the strawberries into slices.
Sprinkle some of the rasp on the dough, put the fruit on, together with sugar, cinnamon and the rest of the rasp. Roll the dough together into a large roll and bend the ends.
Lay the throat on a plate with the joint downwards. Whip the egg together and brush the stew well.
Bake at 200 degrees C for about 35 minutes until it has a nice color.
Let the strudel cool a little and pour a little flour over just before serving. Served lukewarm.
