10-12 | dl | Raisins cocktail cherries and candied orange peel sukat |
1200 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | dl | Sugar |
300 | g | Living room warm butter |
5 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Stollen
To prepare the Stollen recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast Warm the milk until it is finger warm and pour it over the yeast while stirring. Add 1 kg of flour and all sugar. Cut the fat into pieces, mix it in the dough and work it smoothly. Let the dough rise for 1 hour. Work the dough together on a table with the rest of the flour. Add fruit and work it into the dough. Divide the dough into pieces and shape each piece into a bowl next to an elongated cake, about 1½ cm thick. Bake the dough edge over the long sides, put the loaves on baking paper on a plate and let them rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes on the bottom groove. Brush the loaves with melted butter but they are still hot. When the loaves are cold, the flour is over.
tips:
Bake a large portion and freeze them down. The breads are suitable for many occasions.
