To prepare the Stines gærboller recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the hand warm milk. Sift flour and salt, stir in the yeast and knead the dough, which is pretty soft. Put it in a greased Bowl, cover with oiled cling film and leave the draw warm for 2 hours. Knead the dough on a melstrøget Board and roll it thick. Connector 12 pieces out with a glass or similar (10 cm. in diameter). Put the dough balls on a floured baking sheet and bake them in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let them cool on the baking stone
