To prepare the Stikkelsbær jelly recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the immature gooseberry thoroughly in water and boil them whole in so much water that it accurately can be seen between the berries. Boil to the bursting and hold them on the boil some min, so the juice can pull off in the water, pour them in the juice bag and let them drain overnight.
