400gDrained, short grain rice washed and soaked overnight in cold water

Instructions for Sticky rice with bananas

To prepare the Sticky rice with bananas recipe, please follow these instructions:

Make a steam basket in bamboo ready with a muslin or cheese pie in, add the rice (a steam cooker in metal or a slice can also use). Place the steam basin on a saucepan with boiling water, put on the boil and cook for 40-45 minutes until the rice is tender. Lift the rice with a fork and put them over to the pan.
